Did you know that repeat customers are the easiest painting customers to work for? It's true. Many times they give you a key while they are gone on vacation.

And many times my repeat customers don't ask me for an estimate either. They just give you the work and say "whenever you can get to it . . .".

I like these kind of people to work for. They now know you and trust you. They feel good that you are going to do another project for them while they are gone. Or that they are just getting some more custom painting done on a favorite section of their home.

You will meet a lot of really nice, down-to-earth people as you run your painting business over the years. It's a lot more intersting than working a regular job where nobody appreciates your work. And if you try to do an outstanding job you get criticized for it by your fellow workers.
