Home Alone

I love those painting jobs where the customer is at work all day. Not all jobs are like that but it sure makes it comfortable to have no one around while you paint.

On most jobs though, the customers leave you alone. They come and go a lot. They could care less what time you got to work or what time you leave. They just want their house painted.

I like working 9 am - 4 pm. Easy hours. I get up at 6:30 am and get to work around 9 or quarter after 9 unless I have an estimate to do first thing in the morning. Then I'm there by 10 am or 10:30 am.

I think on about two thirds of my jobs I'm left alone to paint. I have my little radio there with me to keep me company and I'm a happy camper, I mean painter.
