It's the ones who are going on vacation, they give you a key to the house, a down payment, their cell phone number and a blank check on the table so you can fill in the final amount when you're done.

No boss around to look over your shoulder, no worry about getting to work on time and you can relax and have fun with your work!

Sound impossible? Well it may not be that good, but people do leave us alone in their houses all the time because they know us and trust us.

Great working conditions. Nice clean envirionment, no noise or pollution, just good work that is more like a hobby.

I once even had a guy and his wife, (who didn't know us from Adam) leave me a key and a check and we painted their upstairs master bedroom while they were gone! Swear to God it's true!
